We built ESHRAQA to visualize these links and create a new experience for the users. This PHP program based bilingual website has many features such projects map, up to date events tab, media gallery, press clippings and press releases, search etc. We launched the website in May 2017 after working closely for 6 months with the client. Our strong relationship with KR continued through their acquisition of this project.

Bank Muscat has launched Oman’s first mobile wallet, marking a secure and convenient payment channel. Called bm Wallet, it is a ‘cash on mobile’ solution which can be used for cash transfers to other mobile wallet users based on mobile numbers and aliases. The wallet app can be accessed on all iOS and Android devices and is available free of cost in both English and Arabic in iOS and Android app stores. To begin with, bm Wallet can be used to transfer funds to other bm Wallet users just by using their mobile numbers. Funds can also be transferred to non-Bank Muscat customers’ wallets by using their mobile number/alias if they are registered with the Central Bank of Oman’s mobile payment and clearing system. The funds can also be transferred back from bm Wallet to the user’s Bank Muscat account.

When they first came into the market in March 2016, they spent over 6 moths finding the correct communication agency. We met them in November 2016 and started working in December. The challenge was so demanding, as myclinic had almost no marketing collateral to go into the market. We were up to the task and expedite our work. Our first task was to come up with a mascot to reflect their brand personality. After many discussions with the client we agreed on the mascot “eddy” the teddy. Then we brought eddy into life with a story told by myclinic. Our next step was to design all their marketing collateral and get their social media going. We gave a fresh look and feel to their identity with bright purple and bright blue. Many customers admire the new look of myclinic and their business started picking up through social media and conventional media marketing.

The subject is so sensitive in the country hence MEDC don’t like to go aggressive on their advertising. So we came up with a campaign to touch people’s heart, “Your Life Companion”. The idea is to show different scenarios where people use electricity in their day-to-day life. Campaign idea was executed cleverly by showing the electricity appliance as the hero but the situation in a subtle way. We ran a 360-degree campaign covering Press, Radio, SMS and Social Media etc. The results of the campaign reflected by the significant increment of bill payments at MEDC collection department. The old electricity bill was not visually appealing and the arrangement of information was not clear to many people. We’ve taken the task and planned the bill design with the client to make it look more organized. The outcome was so satisfying. The public appreciates the new bilingual bill design, as the information is so clear and easy to understand. The sweetest part for us was when the electricity-holding group requested all the other electricity companies to follow the same template. Good design follows Great design is followed!
