myclinic is a new health clinic in town with a unique approach of patient-centric care. When they first came into the market in March 2016, they spent over 6 moths finding the correct communication agency. We met them in November 2016 and started working in December. The challenge was so demanding, as myclinic had almost no marketing collateral to go into the market. We were up to the task and expedite our work. Our first task was to come up with a mascot to reflect their brand personality. After many discussions with the client we agreed on the mascot “eddy” the teddy. Then we brought eddy into life with a story told by myclinic. Our next step was to design all their marketing collateral and get their social media going. We gave a fresh look and feel to their identity with bright purple and bright blue. Many customers admire the new look of myclinic and their business started picking up through social media and conventional media marketing.
