We have wrapped our latest project for Muscat Electricity Distribution Company (MEDC).

Two videos were just released on MEDC’s official YouTube channel.

The first video explains the journey of the electricity bill starting from meter readings to the final stage of paying the bills.
The video also explains to customers the importance of updating customers data on MEDC’s website www.medcoman.com which allows them to use the “SMR self meter reading” feature to make sure the customer receives an accurate bill with actual reading every month, and allowing the customer to pay through many different channels.

The second video is explaining the services provided by the new automated call center recently released by MEDC.

Both videos where done in info-graphic style focusing on simplifying the information for viewer.
